Process continuous improvement for C&S improvement & cost saving.
Control any changing about pattern/ sew drawing of C&S.
Training and develop lower level engineer/new comer to meet requirements.
Communicate with US on pattern issues.
Assist in creating test patterns and all related tasks.

Communicate with Leuctra center on Leuctra system problems.
Analyze the process from R&D to mass pro, establish SOP&039;s and flowcharts for procedural improvements or change processes in support of new product development or company/department&039;s objectives.
Take care process / SOP and update.

Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software
Statistical process control
Graduate of university with industrial engineering or technical field.
Strong leadership, management, communication skills are compulsory.

More than 2 years of experience in product, Furniture experience preferred.
