PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT

To assist the group finance manager in preparing HK Action’s bank- related reports.
Assist the finance supervisor to handle other related issues.
To prepare HK Action’s bank transaction vouchers and journal.
Prepare HK Action’s finance reports per auditors’ request.
To prepare and submit payroll/IR56E/IR56B for HK Action.
To assist in inputting sales order and delivery documents records into the ERP system and related tasks.
To manage other related documents filed to the government.
To prepare bank reconciliation statement of HK Action.

College or above degree, major in finance or accounting.
2- 3 years as the same position in manufacturing
Computer Skills proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP B1, or any ERP systems.
Knowledge about AR, AP process, and PIT report process.
Accounting knowledge.
English skills.
