Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Liaise with external recruiters on recruitment strategies.
Work closely with department managers to identify the suitability of candidates.
Play a business partnership role in driving end- to- end recruitment process for non- managerial level of the assigned portfolio including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer proposal and conducting reference check.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as monthly orientation, training sessions and workshops.

Employee Engagement

Provide professional advice on team members enquiries such as company policies, culture and value.
Provide guidance and support to new team members to well adapt to company culture.
Be the social committee member in the local office and work with a cross functional team to plan and organize company- wide activities such as annual dinner, wellness activities, team building to enhance employee relations and engagement.

Performance Management

Partner with People & Capability Manager to handle team member issues.
Support People & Capability Manager to facilitate the annual performance review program by ensuring all the reviews are completed according to agreed timeline and participate in team member performance improvement plans.

P&C Operation Support

Support C&B team on payroll and other C&B- related administration task.

Office Administration Support

Work with internal and external stakeholders on supporting local office administration.

Job Requirement

Strong in building relationships and engaging stakeholders.
An autonomous self- starter who is detailed minded and committed to delivering results.
Strong communication skills and confidence in partnering with different stakeholders.
Generous and supportive team player who shares their knowledge with other colleagues.
Well versed with local employment legislation.
Good knowledge of HRIS, experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
