WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Performance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s campaign operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This strategic position is ideal for a seasoned Performance Marketing professional who possesses robust operational oversight and leadership experience. You will report to the Head of Campaign Operations and collaborate closely with the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to drive process improvements and align Performance marketing, campaign operations & trading commercial strategies with broader business objectives.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
● Campaign Operations Oversight:
○ Oversee end- to- end campaign processes, including planning, execution, and optimization of media buys across all digital platforms.
○ Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation.
○ Conduct comprehensive reviews of the company’s end- to- end campaign operations workflows.
● Capability Assessment:
○ Provide recommendations for training, resourcing, and performance enhancement to ensure the team remains competitive and effective.
○ Evaluate the current campaign operations/trading team’s skillset, structure, and operational efficiency.
● Strategic Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to ensure campaign operations & trading commercials align with company policies and broader business goals.
● Performance and Risk Management:
○ Monitor key campaign performance metrics and analyze performance trends.
○ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.
● Reporting and Insights:
○ Support informed strategic and financial decision- making through data- driven recommendations.
○ Deliver regular updates and analytical insights to the CFO/COO.
● Governance and Compliance:
○ Ensure all campaign operations & trading activities adhere to internal controls and external compliance requirements.
