Position: Performance Marketing Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive (Mid- Level) to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role suits someone with solid hands- on experience who can execute & manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic planning. You will help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through end- to- end digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Maintain continuous communication to clarify needs, update changes, and brief internal teams accurately.
Gather client objectives, requirements, and context; analyze and align on the campaign brief.
Plan multi- channel performance campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Zalo, TikTok etc.) and support proposal presentations.
Coordinate pricing, proposals, and contract documents.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of all outputs (proposals, reports, creatives, campaign assets).
Project Operations, Execution & Performance Management
Manage project documentation (files, contracts, reports) with accuracy and proper organization.
Execute & coordinate within cross- functional teams to execute campaigns as planned.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS…).
Prepare reports highlighting results, insights, and optimization proposals.
Maintain and grow client relationships through renewals, budget expansion, and cross- selling services.
Proactively recommend optimizations across budget, channels, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with social media management tools and performance marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience with basic design platforms: Canva/ Figma/ Capcut. Advanced design platform (Adobe Suite etc.) is a plus.
2+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, or a similar hybrid role.
Fluent in English. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Experience in product growth or technologies (AI/ Blockchain etc.) is a plus.
Creative, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
