RED2 Digital is looking for a Performance Media Specialist and a Performance Manager (or Senior Manager) to join our Performance Media team.
For Specialist level:
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CAC,)
Plan the full package of digital marketing as a solution for clients
Responsible for the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns and report any issues promptly to managers
Set- up tracking method & campaign structure
Work with account manager(s), content writer(s) and designer(s) to prepare media strategies and plans, and also manage campaign scheduling and performance
Create timely and engaging campaign optimized for the platform used and intended audience
Understand online ads on Facebook, Adwords, Google Display Network, retargeting etc
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
For Manager level:
Ensure best practice for Search, Programmatic Display and Social buying and planning.
Overlooking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and retargeting to drive leads and conversions.
Assist in mentoring and developing team members.
Lead on day to day running of bottom funnel campaigns of the account.
Work with Director and Integrated manager to develop and propose full- funnel campaigns to client.
Craft, present and align media performance strategy with client to drive campaign objectives; leads and conversions.
Ensure on- going test and learn to drive campaign performance.
Make in- depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts.
Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organization
Manages the daily workflow of all bottom funnel campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives.
