Personal Assistant to General Manager

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing executive- level projects and events
Provide daily administrative and scheduling support to the General Manager.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with attention to detail.
Coordinate internal communications and follow up on departmental action items.
Liaise with stakeholders and act as a point of contact on behalf of the GM.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
