Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to the General Manager to provide high- level administrative support and assist in the smooth operation of daily resort activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the ability to work well in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support operational tasks and special projects as instructed by the General Manager.
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and follow- up.
Provide comprehensive support to the General Manager, including schedule management, email correspondence, and daily planning.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
