Job Summary:
The Field Interpreter will facilitate communication between Chinese- speaking staff and local Vietnamese employees, clients, and partners. This role requires excellent language skills, cultural understanding, and the ability to work in various field locations.
Working location: Binh Phuoc Province
Responsibilities:
Interpretation: Working with Production Departments Manager to provide accurate and clear interpretation during meetings, daily schedule, site visits, and other interactions between Chinese- speaking and Vietnamese- speaking individuals.
Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and support field operations.
Other tasks assigned by Management level
Translation: Translate documents, emails, and other written materials from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa (production process, daily – monthly – quarterly reports etc.).
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on interpretation activities and any communication issues encountered.

Requirements:
Proficient in Vietnamese, fluent in both Chinese and English
Agile, hardworking, able to withstand work pressure
Willing to OT when necessary
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interpretation and translation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Understand production processes and mechanical equipment is a plus.
Good at MOS especially Excel
