Job Description
Support in financial statements that adhere to regulatory and accounting guidelines
Creates a working environment that enables the retention of top talent and where individuals perform at their best.
Posses strong understanding of accounting principles
Leverages strong functional leadership and communication skills to influence the management team and to lead own team.
Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others;
Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members.
Work under the guidance of Financial Controller

Requirement
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast- paced environment
Customer service and management skill
Experience in Pre opening 4- 5 star is preferred
Reliable and detail oriented
