Clinic operation
• Develop detailed operating procedures for each stage in the clinic and a chart of personnel in charge (determine the exact factors affecting the effectiveness of the process- set evaluated standards)
• Measure and evaluate, improve operational processes day by day
• Provide support to the required maintenance related to HIS/LIS system, surveillance, server, and network.
• IT support: troubleshooting issues and providing relevant support (laptops, telephones, network, etc.), ensuring all the equipment in the office is operated and maintained in good condition. Suggest buying/renting when necessary
• Control the operating process of the clinic, update the line manager, and solve arising problems to ensure smooth workflow of the clinic
• Manage and maintain equipment in the clinic in good condition. Manage medical supplies/drugs/vaccines...to stock up and order by week/ month/quarter
Human Resource
• Cooperate with the other department to control and monitor the booking amount, and prepare suitable human resources, machines, and equipment related
• Improvise process (health check- up, report…) and support another department when short staff
• Contact part- time doctors, and nurses, arrange their schedule, and check attendance
• Making reports related to human resources situation and working process on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Daily medical staff schedule report of the next day
• Take care of colleagues to recognize actual problems arising in the labor relationship, intervene and support to avoid internal conflicts.
