Plan, organise, and execute all physical arrangements for Open Days.

Apartment Complex Marketing
Liaise with building management and real estate agents.
Identify high- potential residential areas.
Execute apartment campaigns:
Flyer distribution
QR code activities for lead generation
Lobby stands
Elevator posters
Booth marketing
Supermarket & Retail Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with:
FAHASA & Phương Nam bookstores
Kids Plaza
Clinics, convenience stores, after- school centres
Con Cưng
Banks, trading companies (logistics), airport- related business

Activities include:
Co- branded vouchers
Placement of brochures and standees
Weekend booths
Street- Level Marketing
Public transport advertising: bus stops, bus interiors, Grab decals.
Bicycle marketing
Outdoor branding (city banners, light poles, posters at cafés and clinics).
Taxi marketing
Community flyer distribution at schools, parks, gyms, and residential areas.
Partner School & Institutional Outreach
Deliver Tesla presentations to families and educators.
Build pipelines with kindergartens for K–G1 recruitment.
Support outreach workshops (STEAM, English, parenting talks).
Coordinate visits to public schools for Grade 5 → Grade 6 transitions.
Booth & Education Fair Marketing
Manage lead capture and report conversion data.
Represent Tesla at district- wide and mall- based fairs.
Coordinate booth design and logistics.
Collateral Distribution & Inventory Management
Ensure correct distribution of brochures, posters, and banners.
Track usage and inventory of all printed materials.
Lead Generation & Data Management
Upload leads into the CRM daily.
Capture leads through QR codes, sign- up sheets, and booth activities.
Provide weekly lead & conversion reports.
Collaborate with Admissions for timely follow- up.
Community Relationship Building
Maintain positive relationships with building managers, guards, supervisors, and kindergarten leaders.
Negotiate access and placements for community marketing.
Promotional Giveaway Management
Manage inventory of gifts: raincoats, T- shirts, keychains, stickers, popcorn, etc.
Prepare gift sets for booths and school outreach.
Internal Coordination
Work collaboratively with:
Admissions Team for lead management and conversion.
Operations Team for logistics and setup.
Marketing Team for brand guidelines, visuals, messaging.
Academic Leaders for school events and workshops.
Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute proactively.
