Planning Deputy Manager

- management board to buy material on time to ensure no shortage material for production.
- Develop inventory control system to meet customers’ urgent orders and support sale team to take spot sale orders.
- Co- ordinate with QA/R&D/Production to maximize in using slow moving stock, wip, & offgrade.
- (WIP/Raw/offgrade). Manage & settle issue to ensure enough materials for production.
- Manage wip aging report & pending sale report.
- Manage material requirement in weekly. Timely highlight material shortage for
- Monitor and discussion with production, Quality, R&D teams on material allocation
- Analyze WIP/Offgrade stock trends and highlight the increasing stocks with suggestions to minimize stock of WIP and offgrade.
- Review daily MRP for Tropical spice.
- suppliers to ship materials on time.
- Other tasks by manager.
- Keep track of daily inventory & highlight issues on materials for team in advance.
- Keep track of material supply and closely work with transportation team to ensure
- Control stock level of Raw/Wip/offgrade. Work closely with WH to updated stocks for both raw & wip daily.
- Based on spec to allocated materials for each orders & ensure materials for production go smoothly.
- Tracking previous steps of production to make sure materials are ready for grinding production.

- To fulfill all assigned work and report to Planning manager, Commercial manager.
- Exp 3- 5 years in the same position
