RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Demand Planning
Lead and oversee all aspects of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management: Inventory Planning; Inventory Health; Inventory Visibility; Capacity Planning.
Develop and implement comprehensive demand forecasting strategies, including demand sensing and shaping techniques.
Supply Planning
Drive supply planning initiatives
Monitor and analyze inventory health metrics, such as turnover rates, stockouts, and excess inventory.
Inventory Management
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 20 professionals, including demand planners, supply chain analysts, and inventory managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Partnership
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Engage with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Leadership
