Planning Staff - Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất

Analyze production specifications, plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing process, tools and human resource requirement.
Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previous established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Prepare material plan orders to obtain materials, tools and equipment.
Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
Prepare production reports, customers’ delivery performance report.
Prepare list of required materials, tools and equipment.
Plan and prepare production schedules: Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders through the EPR system.

+ Good knowledge of production planning and quality control principles, MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning) is an advantage.
+ Good PC skills: Windows, MS Office, Excel
+ Can communicate in English
+ University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign Trade, Logistics…
+ Working experience with ERP Software is preferred
+ Preferable 5 years of working experience in similar industry
+ Male/Female
