Plant Care Sales & Technical Executive

Olmix Plant Care is at the heart of its development in Asia and Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos are linked together as key countries for fast development in term of market structure and barriers of entrance. Olmix is looking for a technical talent to support its development in South East Asia. The focus of the talent is technical support, set and follow up trials at farm and data analysis. The goal is to work closely with the Territory Manager, Technical Manager and the local Partner teams, accompanying in field scouts, and using new state of the art agronomy programs in order to develop Olmix Plant Care Asia.
Job description

Identifying technical problematics in different kind of farms in order to build protocol with Olmix technical team.
Collaborative working with PLC SEA team and headquarter on the elaboration and implementation of the strategy
Develop sales with new leads and key accounts by providing technical expertise/support
Reporting to Plant Care Territory Manager.
Gather market information for further development of market strategy.
Work with marketing team to adapt company identity to the market.
Set up and follow up trials
Develop & Manage the Asia Plant Care trial database
Analysis (statistical knowledges) and synthesis (marketing) of the results.

Job requirement

Technical expertise/support
Degree in agronomy, crop science or related fields
