Plastic Toy Product Development (Hải Phòng, Hải Dương, Nam Định, Thái Bình)

Job Responsibilities
• Liaise with regional and global internal customers, and facilitate cross- functional team collaboration
• Evaluate the development plan, oversee and manage the development against the quality, cost & schedule baselines
• Evaluate quotations from vendors, give cost- feature trade- off directions and determine tooling optimization
• Manage model makers on- site to develop engineering prototypes
• Evaluate product development schedule
• Evaluate engineering pilot samples and provide modification directions
• On- site review on production line setup for inland or overseas manufacturing vendors
• Ensure production output aligning with committed target in technical perspective
• Oversee and lead on- site the team and their development activities
• Propose mechanical design solutions

Job requirements
• 3 years working experience in project management in toys industry
• Mature, self- motivated, detail- minded, responsible & able to work independently
• Good in toys product structural and mechanism design, materials selection and manufacturing process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good command of spoken and written English
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
