Pmc Officer (Production & Material Control Officer)

Scope of Responsibility:
PMC role will develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. PMC will determine material, equipment, and labor requirements, prepare status and performance reports to ensure all the requirement with each order/customer.
Core Responsibilities:
- Fully support Production Departments in all matters related to material delivery schedule, lack of/ missed materials, chasing related teams and modifying daily production plan to have best output with high productivity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Establish guidelines for delivery time commitments.
- Planning: an ability to think ahead and prepare action plan to achieve results at a macro level.
- Be responsible to clarify all the requirement with each order/customer.
- Coordinate preparation of production schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and employee relations.
- Fluent in Chinese (priority) or English – Written and Spoken.
- Problem analysis and resolution.
- Basing on Order which was shared and confirmed by Sales Department to update Master planning and inform to production scheduler team in order to issue monthly production plan for factory based on capacity and budget.
- Be responsible to make daily and monthly planning production in time with understanding factory capacity, section capacity, and model capacity and update planning at any time timely to ensure that the production planning is matched.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Excellence in Microsoft Office.
