Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance the pre- sales process and solution offerings.
Provide feedback to the development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
Work closely with sales, project management and technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff from pre- sales to project delivery.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate feasibility and resource requirements for proposed solutions.
Conduct requirement analysis to identify optimal outsourcing solutions.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including scope of services, delivery timelines and cost estimates.
Design and develop customized IT solutions that align with clients’ technical and business objectives.
Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and technical workshops to showcase the service capabilities.
Articulate the value proposition of solutions, highlighting key technical differentiators and benefits.
Engage with prospective clients to understand technical needs and business goals.
Address client queries and objections effectively, leveraging technical knowledge to foster confidence.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing technical proposals and supporting complex sales cycles.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to understand and address client challenges.
Strong technical acumen with a background in cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity and other core IT services.
3+ years of experience in a technical pre- sales, consulting or solution architect role, preferably in IT outsourcing or a related industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
