PRICING/BOOKING LEADER

Escalation of issues to management to ensure that a customer is giving the attention required to meet
Ensuring that processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards, monitoring the shipments and ensure they are being processed correctly.
Coordinating Sales team required to respond timely and effectively to complex, high revenue potential bids.
Managing and developing logistics supplier pipeline (carrier, airline, trucker, …).
Closely connecting with other departments as required to develop positive working relationships to ensure compliance and to limit unnecessary delays due to inadequate processes and non- compliance issues.
Effectively negotiating and driving rate reductions to ensure that Sales team is armed with effective selling rates to win and keep profitable business.
Meeting, working and update buying cost with logistics supplier (carrier, airline, trucker, …) and follow up special request from Sales team.
Leading, training, coaching, inspiring and well- managing teammates.
Reporting to higher level as regular basis.
Assisting to develop pricing tools, processes and Salesforce systems to enhance sales process and increase our win ratio based on pricing logic.
Following up, ensuring on- time- payment to logistics supplier.

*** Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
▪ Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
▪ Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
▪ Good time management techniques.
▪ Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers and employees.
▪ Ability to solve critical issues in a fast- paced environment with time- sensitive deadlines.
▪ Good organizational and prioritization skills.
▪ Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience.
▪ Experience in strategic planning and execution.
▪ Able to travel abroad if required.
▪ Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department including purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting, and monitoring expenses.
▪ Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
▪ Customer oriented & team player.
▪ Ability to develop short and long- range project planning, and effectively communicate information to diverse work groups.
▪ Analytic and negotiation skills.
▪ Computer Literacy (MS Office).
▪ Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi- functional and diverse backgrounds.
▪ Demonstrated skills in organization group process, problem identification and resolution.
▪ Ability to read, analyze and interpret highly complex regulations and procedures, and respond to common inquiries or complaints.
▪ Able to work under the pressure where needed.
*** Education & Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
*** Experience:
▪ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pricing or Customer Service within freight forwarding. Experience in a progressively responsible project manager or similar roles in pricing, transportation logistics or supply chain management preferred.
▪ Minimum 1 year’s leadership experience.
