Pricing Specialist

Job summarization:
In charge of checking prices with shipping lines for export/import routes with shipping lines/agents for both HCM/HPH
Responsible for managing tender/RFQ included of understanding the requirements, coordinating internally,
Update prices twice a month for export freight and send to the sales department, offices in Royal Group, other departments if needed
Ability to analyze revenue and cost, ensure all details completed according to customer&039;s requirement within deadline
Work closely with Sale and Operation Department to make sure pricing & booking secured.
Constantly support Sales for best rates and terms, spaces...
Negotiation with carriers/Co- loaders/Overseas Agent as suggestion rate from sales team/ oversea agent
Ability to understand and analyze market trends.
Report to the sea department manager directly
Participate in preparing for Project bidding

Job requirements:
Experience:
At least 02- 03 years&039; experience in logistics field with similar positions
Skills:
- Excellent customer service attitude & can work under high pressure with high motivation
- Have a good command of English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion & analysis skill

Qualification:
University graduated, majoring in Business, Economics, Maritime, or other related fields
