Job Description:
Position summary: The School Principal serves as the educational leaders responsible for communicating with and empowering the school to carry out Vinschool’s vision and mission. The Principal is responsible for managing policies, facilities, regulations and procedures that ensure all students are learning, are supervised in a safe learning environment, and are provided a high- quality education that allows students to enhance their skills, knowledge and virtues, while also actively promoting their self- awareness, pro- activeness and competence to succeed in an ever- changing world.
Essential Responsibilities
Delivering the vision and mission of the school
Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders
Developing the quality of teaching and learning
Improving the educational outcomes of students
Key Accountabilities
Understand the legislation and policies that impact schooling.
Manage resources to achieve goals.
Form partnerships with parents and community groups.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Uphold stewardship as a value based, ethical and moral activity.
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Requirements and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in education / education Leadership, Master’s preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal in an international or bilingual kindergarten and/or primary school setting.
Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable
