Job Description:
The School Vice Principal serves as the educational leaders responsible for communicating with and empowering the school to carry out Vinschool’s vision and mission. The Vice Principal is responsible for managing policies, facilities, regulations and procedures that ensure all students are learning, are supervised in a safe learning environment, and are provided a high- quality education that allows students to enhance their skills, knowledge and virtues, while also actively promoting their self- awareness, pro- activeness and competence to succeed in an ever- changing world.

Improving the educational outcomes of students
Developing the quality of teaching and learning
Key Accountabilities
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Understand the legislation and policies that impact schooling.
Manage resources to achieve goals.
Uphold stewardship as a value based, ethical and moral activity.
Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Form partnerships with parents and community groups.

Qualifications:
Requirements and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in education / education Leadership, Master’s preferred.
Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal in an international or bilingual school setting.
