Private Brand Development Specialist (Korean Speaking)

Develop Product- LOTTE Private Brand
- Connect with Buyer to follow & solve all of issues which is related to Private Brand SKUs at stores
- Stores & competitors survey for checking price and new trend of goods for LOTTE Private Brand as well as being aware of strengthen and weakness of LOTTE’s competitors
- Suggest to cut, create, ... product base on number of product
- Prepare for Customers Testing and Product Show
- Work with related dept. (Buyer/ Marketing/ QA/ Design/ ...) to compare the price and negotiate the price, delivery method to Suppliers; compare MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) produce, packaging and stamp; QA Information, Design, Material of Packaging to Suppliers ...
- Propose product list follow SKUs number.
- Contact Suppliers to R&D products base on cost request
Launch product
- Support ISP/POSM for stores , check stock stores/Supplier
- Create internal code to control
- Check the final sample and prepare sampling to co- workers before launching
- Contact with QA to check quality base on law documents from supplier
- Follow the 1st delivery
Follow the developing progress by CAT
- Control the Contract with Buyer.
- Follow sales data, alert Buyer if the sales is too high or too low

At least 2 years working experience as Buyers/MD in retail industry or similar job.
BA Degree in Economy, Business Administration, Marketing or related major
Good at MS Office; Korean (Topik 5, 6) & English communication.
Good at Communication & negotiation Skills
Have a strong network with Suppliers.
Strong knowledge about Retail
