Problem Ticket Expeditor

Contacting the warehouse/ Vendor/ Buyer, etc. to get necessary information to clarify the discrepancy.
Notifying/updating the vendor of the discrepancy in a timely manner in order to obtain credit/debit/process keep/return the overage or damaged products.
Accessing the SAP system, using multi transactions to verify the discrepancy.
Head note all problem tickets on SAP system.
Replying to the vendor’s email if they have any confusing questions or escalation regarding the problem ticket
When our warehouses in the US receive the goods from the vendor, they will inspect them and, if any discrepancies are found, they will prepare a report and send it to the IMPT team. That&039;s what we refer to as a "problem ticket". Our role is to resolve the discrepancies (overage/shortage/damage) that were stated in the problem ticket.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience: Experience on Merchandising/ Customer service is preferred

High skills in solving problems.
Able to withstand high work pressure to complete daily/quarterly targets
Intermediate level skill of MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Hard- working, able to work independently and team- work.
Experience with Outlook and SAP system.
Statistics and analysis skills.
Good reading and writing English skills.
