Process Development and Optimization:

Design, implement, and refine document processing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor the processing team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining process integrity.

Compliance and Legal Updates:

Ensure that the team is compliant with all legal requirements and provide accurate client consultations.
Stay informed on updates to immigration laws and USCIS regulations.

Client Consultation and Documentation:

Advise clients on the necessary documentation and eligibility requirements for immigration applications.
Guide clients in preparing financial, legal, and supporting documents for their cases.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Generate regular progress reports on case processing, team performance, and operational challenges.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:

Resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and mitigate risks related to the document processing workflow.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in document processing or related fields.
Leadership skills with experience in team management.
Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem- solving skills
