Procurement Manager

Evaluate and select suppliers to negotiate contracts and procurement policies with suppliers to ensure adequate supply in accordance with QUOTIF. Provide timely and complete services for the company as approved. Develop Service Providers for the Logistics & Warehouse Department… correctly, sufficiently, timely, flexibly, and ensure service quality, QUOTIF ≥ 90%.
Ensure the selection of service providers follows transparent public bidding procedures. Service Providers for the Logistics & Warehouse Department… are periodically categorized and assessed to meet Masan’s supply standards, contract signings, extensions, and terminations are done on schedule.
Proactively communicate and connect with departments to handle delivery and quality- related issues.
Report work results and propose improvements to the Senior Purchasing Manager & Board of Directors.
Ensure 95% of services are price- controlled, competitive, and within the operating budget of the Logistics & Warehouse Department.
Monitor contract/order execution, resolve issues arising during supplier contract implementation to ensure timely delivery.
Settle accounts and manage related documentation, procedures, delivery, receipt, contract terminations, and collaborate with accounting to complete payments to suppliers.
Develop and establish systems, contracts, purchasing procedures. Manage online purchasing systems.

Fluently in English (Especially with Reading, Writing).
Ability to develop action plans/tasks to achieve goals, improve work according to PDCA (Plan- Do- Check- Act), Flexibility in execution, and always having contingency plans.
Knowledgeable in procurement, understanding the products, goods needed for effective procurement work.
Monitor contract implementation progress, inspect documents, oversee importation procedures.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position, especially in procurement experience related to MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), Logistics & Warehouse in FMCG companies or Food Manufacturing is a significant advantage.
