Category management:
• Manage a team of Material Repair Operation, Facility, Service apartment, IT & Telecom, Travel, Audio-visual Equip, Office Furniture, Stationery, Promotion Item for Marketing... in accordance with the company business plan and department operation & development strategies for future short – mid – long term period
• Fully comply with all INSEE procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured in performance management review
Strategic sourcing
• Collaboratively develop plans with functional and business unit leadership to achieve aggressive annual cost reduction targets
• Develop and enhance systems, process, and best practice sharing to help the department achieve best in class performance and bring consistency to sourcing activities.
Contract Management:
• Involve in and manage team status in contract management (performance, issue, risk) and system compliance
Supplier relationship management:
• Implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes for existing and future requirements, ensuring metrics, governance, and actions are in place for continuous improvement

Background:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineer majors, having technical knowledge is a plus
▪ Have minimum 5-year experience in Procurement Management role handling related category: Material Repair Operation, Facility, Service apartment, IT & Telecom, Travel, Audio-visual Equip, Office Furniture, Stationery, Promotion Item for Marketing...
