Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuously optimize CRM system performance and effectiveness.
Oversee CRM configuration, system integration, and operational deployment to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead end- to- end management of CRM- related projects (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce) from initiation to successful delivery.
Work cross- functionally with Tech, Marketing, Sales, Data, and other relevant teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while proactively managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports in English to international clients and partners.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders (clients, partners, and internal teams) to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and develop detailed implementation plans.

Hands- on experience with at least one CRM platform such as HubSpot, Braze, or Salesforce.
Good understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, Customer Journey, and Marketing Automation is a strong advantage.
Logical thinking, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis roles, preferably within CRM or SaaS environments.
Solid project management skills, including project planning, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and problem- solving abilities.
Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to communicate clearly and present effectively to international clients.
