JOB DESCRIPTION
Product role (40%)
Understand to present the Solutions architect & Product Roadmap
Deliver the compelling pitching and demo
Manage stakeholder needs, wants & vision of the product
Maintain close internal and external communication
Assist Project Director/Manager in Project Delivery when needed
Join UAT/deliverable phase to ensure the outcome & quality
Business role (50%)
Work with the Business team to identify the business value of the product to customer & business use case
Understand business value of the Salesforce system to validate business requirements.
Plan, implement activities for customer surveys
Support/Oversight testing activities and user training.
Solution & Industry (10%)
Know different product substitute & Partners for value evaluation
Master various tech products through research and study by industry/domain
Market Research for best practices & industry KPI Metrics
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience working with Product/Partner Role
Excellent Read & written skills in English
Great Presentation & Communication Skill
Good in writing and customer relationship
Analytics Skills
Good teamwork and reliability and flexibility
Having knowledge in procedures of sales, product delivery
Bachelor degree: IT, statistic, business analytics
