Product Branding Specialist Marketing
in our team, you will:
Brand Communication & Storytelling

Collaborate on brand campaign ideation and execution with strong emotional/lifestyle storytelling (e.g., product as part of daily moments like in the clip).
Develop compelling campaign briefs, storyboards, and scripts with creative partners or production teams.
Ensure brand identity, tone, and message are consistent across all campaigns.

KOL/Influencer Strategy & Management

Track and evaluate KOL performance to optimize for impact, reach, and ROI.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs/creators to align with campaign themes and brand values.
Create co- branded content plans, ensuring authentic product integration and audience engagement.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

Coordinate cross- functional teams (design, media, content) to execute brand activations across social media, video platforms, and offline channels if any.
Oversee production timelines, content deliverables, and launch schedules.

Market Trends & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on branding trends, successful influencer campaigns, and competitor strategies.
Propose innovative branding ideas that are emotionally resonant and culturally relevant.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor branding KPIs (brand recall, engagement, sentiment) and KOL effectiveness.
Report insights and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Strong sense of storytelling, consumer psychology, and visual communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields.
Experience working with KOLs or managing creator partnerships.
Organized, proactive, and capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
2–3 years of experience in branding, influencer marketing, or creative campaign roles.
Passion for digital trends, youth culture, and lifestyle marketing.
