What You’ll Do
Collaborate tightly with engineers to ship fast, high- quality features.
Infuse warmth + trust into every screen (parents must feel supported, not judged).
Build and maintain our design system (mobile- first).
Prototype and test concepts with real parents/teens — iterate weekly.
Translate parent pain points and teen psychology into delightful, intuitive flows.
Own end- to- end product design: from UX research → wireframes → polished UI.
What You Bring
Visual design skill: typography, color, motion, branding.
Mastery of Figma (components, auto- layout, prototyping).
2+ years of product design experience (consumer apps preferred).
Bonus: experience with gamification, habit loops, or Duolingo- like design.
Strong portfolio showing mobile- first work (bonus: social, education, or wellness).
Startup DNA: scrappy, fast, user- obsessed.
UX chops: able to distill messy problems into simple, elegant flows.
