Product Development Executive

• Developing skills or new work method to increase effectivity
• Work closely with Sales/Customer Service team and Production team on project management
• Analysis print feasibility, choose right process and distribute quality target to Technical & Production Team before sampling
• Receive and liaise new development request from Sales/Customer Service
• Report to manager and daily systematic report on the progress of each project
• Create specification of each item into the system (finish goods, material, …)
• Finish tasks that are assigned by Leader/Supervisor/Manager
• Working follow Work Instruction (WI), procedure and ensure safety regulation
Quoting
• Negotiation with supplier on cost, sample lead time and some outsource production planning
• Do costing in house & outsource
• Submit pricing to Sales and also to team members across the system
Sample Development
• Follow best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations
• Follow up on tight design, sampling, fitting, testing, reporting and customer approval documentation and timeline
• Participate in the development of product marketing activities and strategic implementation plans
Sourcing
• Sourcing, Visit & Audit outsource suppliers in order to handle the sample and order process smoothly
• Other tasks as required.
• Take care, develop and evaluate outsource suppliers

• Mathematical attitude and strong problem- solving skills
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Good command of English for four skills
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadline
• Self- disciplinal with the ability to work under high pressure
• Bachelor degree/College degree is required.
• Good at Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop are preferred
• Good at organizing and teamwork skills
• 01- 03 year experience in Printing/Packaging industry or other relevant fields.
