Product Development Manager - Business Lending

Responsibilites:

Drive innovation in credit Products/Solution/Offering to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
Oriented Customer segment and Key customer profile for development each period
Build and develop a high- performing team
Conduct regular market analysis (trends, customer needs, competitors) to improve existing Credit Products/Solution/Offering and develop new ones
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the credit product portfolio
Lead the development, enhancement, and operation of credit Products/Solution/Offering
Ensure Credit Products/Solution/Offering comply with relevant regulations

Coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance Team member skills and capabilities.

Strong understanding of credit risk management principles, regulatory requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor‘s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master‘s) preferred
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem- solving skills.
Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in banking, with a focus on credit products, product management, or related areas
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
