RESPONSIBILITIES
Task 1: Product Development:
Create the style history form for each specific style for all related Department to fill in comment follow each stage.
Consolidate all info or CTQ from cross functional team to working back with Nike if any need to verifying or clarifying and tolerance on workmanship impact related the product development.
Preparing all sample and document support for onsite meeting.
Check & Translate the SPEC& COMMENT/BOM to local language Vietnamese & Share the schematic for artwork develop (in case style design with engineer artwork required).
Hold & lead a meeting to Handoff the style requirement & Material info & status to cross functional team for product create proceed
Updating detail for season style list management dashboard.
Consolidate all record from product meeting and share back to all cross function department for future follow up in production.
Preparing style detail for season product walk through
Work the sample consumption needed request chart send to Material purchasing team to arrange material.
Create and update for oversketch share to functional department.
Do check all related Doc support for costing to create the pre cost bread down (CBD).
Sample order tracking and work with production to re- plan for any material impacted sample delivery date (GAC).
Working on the fabric Engineer artwork with Technical, cross functional team & Material & Nike to set up the position tolerance for production.
Making and follow up sample plan for sample submission
Review, Fitting and do sample comment for sample submission.
Communication with Internal and external on all testing result, process for Product development (including bonding and all alternative seam process & snap, grommet…etc).
Task 2: Working on sample order (Prototype, PRO/ISR, KAMP/GTM…etc)
Update and booking sample production capacity with planning by weekly (estimate sample order volume).
Follow up material status/schedule and work with Purchasing team for any delivery impact the sample delivery date.
Update sample submission status in general tracking chart to calculate KPI for sample turn time and proto sample approval rate.
Sample order follow up and work with production & Planning & Shipping to re- plan for any material impacted sample delivery date (GAC).
Task 3: Buy Ready preparation.
Check and Work with Nike for any pending info impacted by ready release.
Send out the handover recap and tracking the pending till completed release buy ready and production.
Checking weekly burst report to preparing for buy ready schedule.
Preparing and leading for style construction handover meeting with all related sample/mockup and support document to bulk stage with cross functional department.
Task 4: Support & others Tasks.
Tracking the fabric swatch define face side from Material team at Prototype sample for new item.
Follow up for all PIG (Product Identification Guide) & packing standard share to cross functional department follow the category base.
Attend all coaching, training from company or external.
Cross check style trims card submits by technical team for PRO/ISR and KAMP/GTM sample order.
Perform another task was assigned by Team Leader to support other team member incase.
Compliance all company policy and ISO, OHSAS.etc standard & 6S standardized.
REQUIREMENTS
Understand GSD or SAM concept.
Flexbile communication skill & negatiation skill
3D digital samples (V- stitcher and CLO) in basically knowledge and understanding.
Good Chinese, English certificate – Rather than Understanding the reading document and basic writing via email communicate.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in sportswear apparel product development with same position as above JD in manufacturing field
Technical field: Understand maker vs maker efficiency, pattern design, style construction process and nest pattern for Engineer material or graphic artwork.
Understand the basic and general knowledge of quality for textile fabric and accessories field
University majoring in textile technology or related field. (Chinese)
