Product Development Manager

Head of Product Planning Department performs a wide range of duties including
some or all
f the following:
Developing
new product
s (40%)
· Responsible for planning and develop strategy for new product, product enhancement and product re- design;
· Defines and implements report and process to monitor product’s performance post- launching for enhancing and improvement as needed
· Plans, evaluates and resolve technical feasibility, issue to ensure that project milestones are met to launch product
· Determines process, product features and policy proposal to develop new product
Controlling and reporting the
projects
(30%)
· Budgets and prepares financial analysis report and proposal to the top management to develop/ improve product performance
· Oversee key projects, process & performance reports, data analysis;
Collaborate closely with relevant departments (20%)
· Negotiate, co- operates and works with relevant departments as needed to accomplish plan;
Other tasks assigned by Head of division from time to time (10%)

Qualification
· University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
Work Experience
· At least 5 years of experience in banking/finance sector and 3 years of experience as project manager;
Knowledge
· Planning and develop strategy for new product, product enhancement and product redesign
· Monitor performance and Analyze sales and performance records/KPI
· Consumer finance product features and policy proposal
· Key projects, process & performance reports
· Forecasting and budgeting process
· Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;
· Keep up to date with market’s changing and technology that would affect new product development;
Skills
· Has strong leadership abilities (Innovation, creativity and conflict management)
· Project management, Sales performance management
· Budgets and prepares financial analysis, Strong Analytical abilities, analyze large raw datasets, write comprehensive reports.
· English – Advance;
· Has good problem- solving abilities, able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of plan’s success or failure;
