Product Development Manager / NPD Manager (Stationery/Book/Creative Toy)

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis

Research and analyze the market and customer segments to identify trends and potential new product development opportunities in the U.S. market.
Analyze the feasibility of new product development proposals.

New Product Development and Launch

Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure production timelines and product launches.
Periodically review and adjust product development strategies based on post- launch results.
Create detailed strategies and plans for new product launches.
Establish strategic objectives and plans for new product development based on data and market research.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Develop and implement a continuous creative process for the team to optimize products.

Team Management and Development

Foster motivation and encourage creativity within the team, ensuring a positive and effective work environment.
Lead and train the team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.

At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Development, with at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in office supplies, toys, papers or related industries.
Knowledge of production processes, quality standards and placing orders with suppliers (over 5000 products/order).
Effective project management skills and the ability to inspire the team.
Experience managing product development projects from concept to market launch.
Ability to analyze market data and consumer trends.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5- hour lunch break).
