Product Development Specialist

Understand product & processes
Proactively engage in the end- to- end product cycle of research, development, testing, deployment, and improvement
Use data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data- driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
Clearly communicate requirements through epics and user stories
Assist Product Managers in research, and surveys for developing product roadmap/features
Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives

- Minimum
Capability to zoom in and out on a problem
Learning ability and strong self- motivation to capture new knowledge
Teamwork and hard- work with enthusiastic attitudes
Vietnamese
Good interpersonal skills
Effective problem- solving skills under pressure
- Preferred
Expert in fraud risk management for consumer lending is preferred
Proven track record in Project/ Product Management
Experiences with common data analyst toolkits, such as SQL
Experiences in managing unsecured lending products
Experience in working with the engineering team
Strong technical background with good knowledge of APIs and bank applications
