Product Development Specialist (BMW Motorrad)

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and managing the brand&039;s product portfolio, executing in- depth market research campaigns to provide analytical insights, serving to drive sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction and experience with the brand&039;s products.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Market research: Collecting and analyzing market information to understand customer needs and desires, as well as competition within the industry.
Sales support: Providing support and training to the sales team on product features and competitive advantages.
Product marketing strategy: Collaborating, participating in developing product marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and create demand in the market.
Management of current products: Ensuring current products meet quality standards and customer requirements, as well as implementing effective marketing strategies, ensuring product information is consistently updated.
Product development: Planning, collaborating with stakeholders to execute the product development process, from ideation and design to testing and improvement.
Product performance analysis: Monitoring and evaluating product performance in the market, while proposing and implementing improvements as needed.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working experience in major motorcycle companies, preferably in premium brands

Professional Knowledge:

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Economics

Skills & Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and in a team, able to handle high pressure
Ability to organize and control work effectively
Diligent, proactive, and committed to work
High level of initiative
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in English
Instructional and personnel training skills
