Product Development Specialist / Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Sản Phẩm

- Organize design documents and archives in a clear manner to ensure easy access to all team members.
- Liaison with Planning team and Technical team to complete tasks.
- Creating 3D furniture design ideas, products presentation.
- Researching design references, concept, design development and understand the industry trends.
- Leading on researching, assessing, and coordinating the development of new products, as well as managing the improvement of existing products such as sofas, aluminum indoor/outdoor furniture, wicker products, mixed materials (aluminum/wood/plastic), and cushions.
- Working with the inhouse engineer team, customer to find design solutions with the right constructions.
- Developing new products to offer to customers.
- Taking responsibility following up on all incoming design requests based on customer requirement/ head of department.
- Creating and development of new products through 3D design platform.

- Good communication skill and having self- confidence characteristics.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Good speaking, writing and communication in English is a must.
- Impecabble time management
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position at a furniture company (sofa is the plus).
- Good knowledge on materials for furniture like aluminum, wicker, wood, steel, upholstery, textile etc…
- Be creative, dare to think differentially.
- Knowledge and experience in 3D Studio Max, Vray and Vectorworks (or Autocad),
- Ability to use graphic softwares like Autocad, Mechanical Destop, Inventor, IQ Cube…
- Bachelor in Engineering, Architectural, Indusrial or Art Industrial
