Product Engineer

Purpose of the job:
Be able to keep good communication with customers and gain their needs on design; Prepare technical report and presentation scheme via analysis chart; Prepare design proposal and bid documents; Assist in sample testing.
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
• Cooperate with process engineer and involve in Pre- production trial to solve process quality problems, design problems on products structure or materials raised during trial/production.
• Cost analysis, Conduct feasibility analysis to product.
• Accountable for creation of documents like BOM/Routing/Drawing/CP/PFMEA/Flow chart.
• Identify and confirm customer’s technical specifications, key features identification and confirmation.
• Responsible for material and new supplier evaluation and validation, assist procurement to do continuously improvement on supplier quality;
• Shooting customer’s complaint and keep good relationship with customers.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
• Check and confirm process scheme and process flow of new products.
• Define technical requirements of tooling and mold.
• Engineering changes implementation.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
• Be familiar with drawing soft like Auto- CAD, SolidWorks, UG, Pro- E
• English communication is fluent
• Strong ability on communication, project management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor of mechanical engineering and automation, metal materials or thermal engineering related major
