Product Executive, Growth

As a Growth Product Executive at MoMo, you will be responsible for driving user activation and retention through product development and optimization.
You will work closely with cross- functional teams including marketing, design, and engineering to identify the problems of user growth and get them solved fast.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the user problems & need, the business challenges, the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement, and to measure the impact of initiatives;
Define and prioritize growth initiatives and experiments based on user problems and business problems;
Talk to user, read users’ complaints and feedbacks, conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user problem, user behavior and preferences;
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and launch needed features that drive user activation & retention;

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related fields;
Passion for problem solving; for continuous learning and growing;
Strong ownership and the ability to work dedicatedly.
Analytical skills and experience with data- driven decision making;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Experience in product management or growth in a technology company;
