Product Executive / Nhân Viên Phát Triển Sản Phẩm

- Destinations: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia (Bali), Thailand, Philippines
- This position will be in charge of developing traveling products for the company and supporting other teams with product- related needs.

Stand responsible for the entire production and post- production process.
Inspection trip when required. Occasionally lead some of these trips or escort some agents.
Discuss with other leaders and deliver necessary product- related training to their teams.
Initiate the creation and development of new tours, new travel solutions that can become differentiation factors for the company to win new business.
Ensure quality product- related communication and training with agents/clients when required.
Maintain regular contact and communication with our key suppliers across all destinations.
Provide continuous support to the other teams in the company for their product- related requests and needs.

Preferred candidate with experience in an inbound company before
Fluent in English, excellent English writing skills required.
Good Computer skills.
Deep and thorough knowledge and experience of the destinations.
Have a passion for innovation and developing new travel solutions, new destinations.
Autonomous individual able to lead a small team and source information through various channels.
Service- minded and ready to support others.
Enthusiastic and responsible.
Versatility and understanding of different travel segments and travel principles (responsible travel, adventure travel, group tours, series...).
