is an online learning Math program designed to support students in developing knowledge based on the Vietnamese Ministry of Education curriculum, using the exclusive CPA and UDSC methodologies for students grade 1- 5.
Working location: 18 Street No. 1, Him Lam Area, District 07, HCMC
Working hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 18:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITY
Enhancing Product Experience for Customers
Support the Product Management team to design exceptional “7- star” moments at the right times;
Assist to design a storyboard for the entire customer journey;
Assist in system coordination and maintain quality execution.
Student Recruitment
Assist to develop processes and systems to onboard new students from multiple sources.
Customer Feedback & Support for Students and/or Parents
Support execution of feedback.
Assist to conduct focus groups and surveys to collect feedback from students in prototypes;
Assist to develop processes and systems to provide feedback on academic performance, skills development, and opportunities for growth;
Business Analysis Support
Manage report schedule and users across the teams;
Provide operating metrics on a monthly basis;
Support to analyze data, draw top- level conclusions and write up reports for management;
Work as a contact point between internal departments and outsourcing companies to ensure the report system runs smoothly;
Assist in preparing operating slides with analysis for monthly meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
Responsible, hardworking, and progressive;
Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week for 3- 6 months;
Strong organizational, planning, and entrepreneurial spirit;
Final- year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management;
Advantageous: experience in education, product development, project management, marketing, etc.
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Tools;
