PRODUCT MANAGER (Chiến Lược Hàng Hóa)

Manage sales forecast for each category.
Manage product profitability and commercial success. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in product assortment, pricing, and promotion.
Translate business strategy into product strategy and define annual product roadmap.
Develop compelling product training content that is informative, engaging, to ensure effective brand storytelling and product knowledge.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, maintain a deep understanding of the luxury consumer and their buying habits.
Track and analyze category performance against key indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage all aspects of in- life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.

Well- developed business acumen to understand and navigate market dynamics.
An entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking ability.
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Category management, buying. Experience within the fashion sector or luxury brands is a strong plus.
Proficiency in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
A deep understanding of and empathy for customers&039; needs and preferences.
Detail – oriented
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business (MBA is a plus).
Fluent in English
