Product Manager - Digital Banking

• Work directly with Product heads, Head of Digital to deeply and systematically delve into all product tasks
• Identify customer journey, operational processes, user-flow to deliver to end customer the best way of usage the product together with UXUI team
• Works together with Retail business line and related departments to identify the product or service requirements
• Perform BRD and functional requirements review and provide feedback/sign-off on the requirements
• Create new digital products and services for Retail clients, launch them on the market and provide a full support process for product launches
• Work with the core product team including the partners, external and internal vendors in order to manage the digital feature launches
• Review and sign-off the user acceptance test scenarios and test cases for completeness
• Manage the performance, reliability, speed and stability of the Digital platforms, and collaborate with Technology teams for continuous improvements

- Experience of launching and maintaining products and services for retail clients
- English proficiency at the intermediate level highly recommended
- More than 3 years of experience in developing digital banking products and services
- More than 3 years of experience in financial institutions, banks, fintech
