Product Manager English

Our solutions and services include publishing of mobile games and applications, strategy consultation, marketing, PR, product development, project management, LiveOps management, localization, media content production, design, and arts.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and enhancement of our digital work platform. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the platform and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users.
If you&039;re an experienced Product Manager who&039;s ready to take on a new challenge, we want you to join us in scaling our platform.

Responsibility:

Collect and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholders&039; input.
Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with precision.
Create, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and risks for the platform.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and use cases, and collaborate with the design and development teams to transform them into functional specifications.
Continuously evaluate and measure product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data- driven decisions.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Possess a Bachelor&039;s degree or its equivalent.
Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision- making.
Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and a proven ability to effectively convey complex messages with conviction to diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of APIs, third- party integrations (e.g., payments), and project management tools.
Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development.
Have a track record of working in a technical environment with a broad, cross- functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, manage and coordinate resources, and lead the team through key milestones.
Have at least 5 years of experience in product management or related industries focused on products, preferably in a fast- paced technology startup environment.
