Product Manager (English)

We&039;re hiring a Product Manager to own and orchestrate our services engagements with our biggest clients. Product Managers are experienced relationship managers responsible for building a positive relationship with clients. They help orchestrate important activities that set new customers up for success as they build and deliver amazing values.
You will help our strongest promoters showcase successes to their peers and serve as the tip of the spear in growing the reach of our technologies for new use cases and markets.

In this role you&039;ll get to:

Reach into all members to advocate for and facilitate a deeper level of engagement with our largest customers.
Manage client expectations, engagement health, and ensure successful completion of delivery work with the customer.
Help identify and promote opportunities for service and expansion within a client organization.
Co- create a long- term strategic engagement and roadmap with the client to achieve their goals.
Timezone Coordination => Must align with the California time zone for at least 2 hours each day with a starting time of 6 AM.
Own our services relationship with some of our largest customers, helping them unlock the potential of their teams.
Office Commitment: On- site work is mandatory for a minimum of 3 days weekly.

Demonstrated customer engagement management ability including escalation management, customer advocacy, and managing multiple engagements simultaneously
Identified and explained themes from customer data
Worked within enterprise customer- facing roles
Technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting
Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently, maintaining high- quality standards
Customer discovery/interview skills
Important: Excellent in English is required. You should be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms.
