Product Manager/ Product Planner/ Product Planning

Key responsibilities in this role

Develop and implement the product planning process, including market research, competitive analysis, product feature definition, and roadmap development. Ensure that the product vision aligns with market demands and company goals
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features and specifications align with customer needs and market opportunities. Participate in product design reviews and provide input throughout the development process
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to market launch, including pricing strategies, go- to- market planning, and post- launch performance analysis.
Develop and implement contract negotiations and close deals with potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction
Other duties assigned by supervisors
Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to make data- driven decisions and optimize product strategies. Adjust marketing and sales tactics based on performance insights
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that maximize product reach and revenue

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI, robotics, or camera- based systems.
Familiarity with international markets and experience in global product launches

What we expect

Fluent in English as a working language, Chinese is an advantage
Proven experience in product planning, sales, and marketing, preferably in a high- tech product environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and ability to travel as required
