Product Manager (Secured Commercial Credit Product)

· Research and analyze market, competitors and understand customer needs to serve the business and product development including product features, process and pricing.
· Study and analyze the impacts of changes in the banking industry and regulatory requirements on the products to ensure that the products meet the criteria and conditions set by relevant regulatory bodies, such as SBV, and the bank&039;s internal policies.
· Understand SME/Micro SME (for example, Household Business and Small Merchant) business verification and income verification.
· Lead an end- to- end product development, management and delivery product into the market including product design, touchpoints for sale, customer onboarding and servicing process, risk management and underwriting, in accordance with the set goals and business plan.
· Evaluate and analyze product performance, profit and loss, and policy in various perspectives and propose initiatives to improve product and process to keep up with set goals and business plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Self- motivated and willingness to work across different cultures and dynamics working environment.
· Prior experience in SME/Micro SME (for example, Household Business and Small Merchant) customer segment is highly preferred.
· Proven 3- 5 years of work experience in secured credit product management
· Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
· Good project management skills.
· Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills.
